Cracked walls, settled lintels, bowed sections, frost-damaged courses, all sorted.
When brickwork goes wrong, it's usually the cheap fix that makes it worse. We don't fill cracks with mortar and walk away. We find out why a wall has cracked or moved, fix the cause, then rebuild in a way that blends back into the existing bond. Lintels, settlement cracks, frost-damaged courses, blown render coming off the brick face, the lot.
Investigate the cause, stitch in helical bars where structural, then cut out and rebuild the affected courses with matched brick and mortar.
Concrete or steel lintels that have failed, sagged or rusted. Temporary support, cut out, fit new lintel, rebuild courses and reveals so it looks original.
Frost-damaged, blown or spalled bricks cut out by hand and replaced with matched bricks. Mortar mix tested for colour before pointing.
New brickwork tied into existing walls properly, course by course, not butt-jointed. Done so you can't see the join from a couple of metres away.
In most cases yes. We'll look at the crack pattern, check the foundations, the lintel, and any obvious moisture or movement. If it's structural we'll bring a structural engineer in before any work starts.
For matched-brick repairs done properly, no. Within a few weeks the new mortar weathers in and you can't tell where the repair is. We send progress photos so you can see the difference.
Yes. We supply itemised written quotes and condition photos suitable for insurance claims, and we're happy to liaise with loss adjusters direct.
A small lintel job is usually 2 to 3 days. Bigger crack repairs and cut-outs run 3 to 7 days depending on access. We'll give a clear timeline in the quote.
Tell us a few details about the brickwork repairs you're planning. We'll come back within 24 hours, usually the same day, and get a site visit booked in for the week.
Most jobs start with a 5-minute call so we can work out if we're the right fit and when we could realistically get on site. No hard sell.
